Did you know that loosing as little as 16 minutes of sleep can hinder your job performance greatly? A relatively small disruption in sleep routines could leave workers distracted during the next workday, and continue if adequate sleep is not permitted.
A study was conducted at the University of Florida that suggests more "cognitive interference," such as distraction or sub par judgement for those who slept 16 minutes fewer or woke up 19 minutes earlier than usual.
